Sales & Customer Success Manager (Bangladesh)

The Sales & Customer Success Manager contributes to the continual growth of the business, supports operationally efficient systems, and achieves excellent results for our clients. They identify new opportunities in the country, coordinate with the core team in Singapore to sell KashBanc to new clients, and close deals. They work closely with bank clients to grow KashBanc customers and transaction volumes. They are also the primary point of contact for bank clients throughout the account's lifespan

What are some of the tasks that a Sales & Customer Success Manager might be doing?

  • Identify target bank clients, develop sales strategy, and manage sales pipeline

  • Give walkthroughs to bank clients on KashBanc product templates and service agreements

  • Hold KashBanc product demonstrations for banks and their customers

  • Work together with the leadership team in Singapore to close deals with bank clients

  • Collaborate with bank clients to target customer segments and define marketing plans

  • Train the trainers from the client team as part of product rollout

  • Analyse user activities to improve customer experience

  • Manage clients' requests and complaints

What are the qualifications for the Sales & Customer Success Manager role?

  • Fluent in the languages used in Bangladesh and have a strong command of the English language

  • Background experience in banking, especially in supply chain financing

  • Experience in enterprise sales (ideally for a large B2B system) and demonstrated ability to interface with high-level decision-makers

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software

  • Process-oriented, action-oriented, and a self-starter

  • Passionate about problem-solving and customer service
